Whitehorse Falls
I wasn't quite to the point of having anxiety about my anxiety, but it seemed time for another dose. Guaging the amount is a guess, but today's was just right. It's amazing how much better I can move and even with the elevation increase of 5,000' in three days, I was able to clamber to the top of Clearwater. Delicious water!
