Teeth Cleaning & Greta Thunberg

I've been getting to know the woman who cleans my teeth. Her son is counting down the days, today at 100, until he gets out of the Marines. It wasn't what he expected and he was fortunate to negotiate an early exit.

Her daughter graduated from high school this year and is thinking of becoming a speech pathologist. She showed her mother this video, which Angela, just as I was about to leave, showed me.

Since this (the blog) is a narcissistic venture, this vid's to remind me how fortunate I am/was to have arrived on the planet when I did.

Muley Point - Video

After ascending the Moki Dugway we took the turn to Muley Point. It was crowded but we lucked into a spot for two vehicles with a magnificent view that included Monument Valley.

Comb Wash -- Running

Everywhere we went people were commenting on how strange the weather was/is. It'd been raining for two weeks when I took this video.

On the way to Blanding I stopped to document this blizzard.

Several miles of pavement were covered with sleet. Note the rumble of thunder.
