Pratchett was a friend of Neil Gaiman.
I first heard of Pratchett and his decision in a conversation between Gaiman and Tim Ferriss (note double consonants).
Assisted suicide will be of increasing interest in coming years, not least of which cuz it's the most efficacious way to save Social Security. I just can't understand why the politicians haven't clambered onto the bandwagon.
