Blogger is notoriously elitist. I cannot comment from my phone; only my laptop or desktop.
There are two or maybe three COMMENT "formats" and the other's require you to state how many times and WHEN you went to the bathroom, WHEN you think you'll go again and how many sheets of toilet paper you use(d).
I'll email them again about the issue, but they're pretty unresponsive. When I was getting 10,000 hits a day from Cam sites (after watching some porn) and complained, they told me to just ignore the numbers, bask in the increased "visibility" and be patient as they would eventually go away. Well, eventually they DID go away, but this is all by way of saying I wish I could offer more, but don't HAVE any more to offer.
